Eco Build Kent is a Construction Company dedicated to providing buildings and renovations using modern sustainable methods. Each project individually designed around our clients requirements and lifestyle. Passive House can be achieved if desired. Buildings with outstanding thermal insulation, strength, airtightness, sound and fire qualities.

SUSTAINABLE BUILDING MATERIALS UP TO PASSIVHAUS STANDARDS IF REQUIRED.
Choose designs with far less restrictions than imposed by standard building methods. Quicker construction and the building structure is not governed by the weather.
THERMOMUR®building system features excellent Scandinavian quality and high insulation properties resisting the harshest of Nordic winters, developed as a result of 35 years of experience. THERMOMUR® 350 satisfies the latest changes to part L of Building Regulations, holding a U-value of 0.17. THERMOMUR® 350 Super and THERMOMUR® 450 cover, the latter even exceed, the demands for passive house standards, holding a U-value of 0.15 resp 0.11
ENERGY SAVING - CAN BE OVER 70% CHEAPER COMPARED WITH STANDARD BUILDS.

No more walking around turning lights off left on with no one in the room!
Outside lighting can be sensor operated to only come on when someone or a vehicle approaches, set to the brightness needed, not just on or off. This helps meet the Dark Skies government and local authorities policies.
SOLAR PV INSTALLATION & BATTERY STORAGE
No pollution into the atmosphere, producing your own electric. Being paid for selling back into the national grid what you don't use. In our opinion all new builds and larger extensions should have to install them as standard. Full in depth reports can be produced to show what your site can achieve.
Why not include battery storage to use when your solar system is not producing any electric rather than buying it from your electrical supplier.
Installation of the Solar PV panels can be on your property roof, garage, outbuilding or on the ground if you have enough space. Installation on pitched or flat roofs is possible.
